The other day, Polar snuck out onto the road via the spaces between the bars in our front gate, only to come face-to-face with another dog from a couple doors down. One of my neighbours has this huge (and I mean huge) dog that is possibly twice or thrice Polar's size. They stood staring at each other while my maid and the other household's maid were frantically flapping about trying to get the respective dogs to go back. I simply stood by the sidelines and laughed my head off. (Eventually, I grabbed Polar back into the house, so it didn't get eaten by the other dog. Don't worry.)
A few nights later, my dad came home with this wire thing to tie to the bottom of the gate so that Polar won't be able to wriggle out again. So now, Polar simply distracts itself by pulling out flowers from our front lawn. My maid blew a gasket when it pulled out one of her favourite flower... plant... things. That was hilarious.
Summer's almost here (yeah right, as if there's any other season in this place)! I am determined to pack my June full with activities and lead an exciting life. (And come to grips with the idea of uni and academic stuff rolling around soon. Okay, not that soon.)
Intensive guitar practicing (electric! I play electric! don't underestimate me <- I'm still holding a grudge against that music store dude) has rewarded me with a bunch of blisters that somehow make me want to practice more (talk about masochistic). And I re-discovered my Canon Rock tab printouts last night! Awesome.
Oh, there's this game named Music that I think teaches you the basics of music theory in a game. I have no use for it (except maybe for the chord charts...) but whoever that wants to learn basic music stuff via gaming can go try it...
